After 20 days my assigned huge sum lamp 401 roll over was not moving anywhere, I was furious and demanded to work only with Supervisor. Specifically provided secure e-mail consumed my Medallion attached document without any respond on TA side. Additionally, no answering through e-mail, live chat switched to phone calls options. The first look at TA website told me it is no progress but regress: the only created links were to move money out.I decided to verify if any action occurs on its own: no way, huge sum was not having even a penny per month while some banks give 5% interest! So I decided to roll over immediately, here I learnt TA customer service does not possess any knowledge to resolve the customer questions. My former employee had moved 401 K of its employers to Transamerica from respectful and smart Vanguard.
